xorg.conf twinview

[SCOPE]

Hallo zusammen!

Wer hat mal eine funktionierende Xorg.conf bei der Twinview mit einer Nvidiakarte und einem CRT + TFT funktioniert?:confused: Unter Mandrake habe ich es immer in der XF86 hinbekommen. Unter SUSE 9.1, 9.2, und jetzt 9.3 habe ich keine Chance. Ich habe schon sooft gekuckt, in der Nvidiareadme, und in den Foren. Die meisten wollen immer einen TV zusätzlich betreiben. Ich will einfach 2 Monitore...
Mein System:
MSI SLI Platinum
GF 6600 GT
AMD64 3200+
1 GB RAM
19" CRT
19" TFT

Hallo,

das Problem mit dem TwinView habe ich auch.
Man kann es umgehen, indem man für jeden Monitor einen eigenen Abschnitt Monitor, Modes und Screen erstellt (also Monitor[0] und Monitor [1]). Den Abschnitt Device verdoppelt man, daß man Device[0] mit Screen 0 und Device[1] mit Screen 1 hat.
Im Abschnitt ServerLayout Xinerama auf on setzen und bei Screen z.B. Screen[0] leftof Screen[1] eintragen.

Ich konnte das hier (9.3 NV Geforce 5900XT) einfach mit YaST (SAX2) einrichten. Einfach ne zweite Grafikkarte per Hand hinzufügen und schon kann man einen weiteren Monitor einrichten. Ebenso sind dann die Einstellungen im Bereich Multihead freigeschaltet.

Hmm... das habe ich auch schonmal probiert. Die Einrtichtung klappt dann, also man kann auch das Layout und alles einstellne. Jedoch ist dann beim Testen vor dem Abspeichern der Konfiguration alles zusammengebrochen. :-(
Irgendwie will er nicht!

Ich geb mel meine conf zum besten, bei mir funzt sie einwandfrei. Muss jedoch die Bildschirmeinstellungen usw. anpassen...
