Symphony OS mit seinem Desktop Mezzo und dem application development framework Orchestra (aka application environment, wie es auf der Webseite heisst) stellt ein neues Gesamtkonzept fuer graphisches Linux vor, siehe:

Es gibt auch screenshots hier (http://www.symphonyos.com/screenshots.html) und angeblich hier (http://www.tuxmachines.org/node/955) (aber der Server scheint im Moment down).
Die dritte Alpha ist als ISO zum Download (http://www.symphonyos.com/forum/index.php?act=ST&f=5&t=90) verfuegbar und als live-cd bootbar (Changelog (http://www.symphonyos.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=73)).
Habe leider heute keine Zeit, es selbst zu testen.
