Hallo!
Ich würde gerne Eve Online (http://www.eve-online.com/) unter Linux spielen. Leider bricht er bereits bei der Installaltion des Clients (http://www.eve-online.com/download/) ab, unzwar beim entpacken von resTextures.stuff, reproduzierbar bei 37% ("Extract error writing to file resTextures.stuff"). Laut Cedega-Homepage soll es aber funktionieren, wenngleich einige grafische Bugs auftreten sollen.
Ich habe die Datei mehrmals mit Mozilla heruntergeladen, einmal mit wget - stets der gleiche Fehler.
Ich verwende eine aktuelle CVS-Version von Cedega (keine Ahnung wie man die Version rausfindet :confused: ), mit ubuntu Hoary.
Weiß einer Rat?

Ok, Installation hat jetzt geklabt (/tmp-Partition zu klein :rolleyes: )
Dafür bricht er jetzt beim starten ab, beim Splashscreen. In der Konsole, aus der Cedega gestartet wird steht folgendes:
cvscedega eve.exe
err:font:Fontconfig_Init Fontconfig support was not compiled in at compile time.
err:font:ReadFontDir Can't open directory "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/truetype/"
err:font:FTAlias_FindBestBuiltins Could not create alias for serif fonts
Unable to find a sufficient number of fonts available to FreeType.
FreeType will not be loaded as a result.
FreeType could not be loaded.
This is not necessarily a fatal error, however some
applications require FreeType to be installed and
may not function or display text correctly otherwise.
