Laufwerke ohne root-Rechte mounten

Hallo, ich wollt mal fragen wie ich einem User Rechte einräume Laufwerke eizubinden, sprich mounten? Und wie kann ich ein Desktopsymbol einrichten, das diese Arbeit für mich verrichtet. Ich komm nicht drauf ...

Also muss in der /etc/fstab sowas stehen wie:

/dev/hda5 /mnt/foobar ext3 rw,users 0 0
Wenn Du KDE benutzt, kannst Du per Rechtsklick --> create new --> device ein Icon zu dem Laufwerk anlegen und dann per Klick mounten / unmounten
