Hi! Ich hab folgendes Problem. Ich hab mir grad StarCraft installiert und nun wenn ich es starte, dann läuft alles perfekt, außer der Sound. Ich bekomme einfach keinen Sound :( Ich bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung:

err:wave:OSS_WaveOutInit OpenDevice failed (6)

Woran könnte das liegen? hab ich was in der config falsche eingestellt?

Also entweder du hast keine OSS-Unterstützung oder irgend ein anderes Programm blockiert gerade dein Sounddevice.

Schließe am Besten erstmal alle Programme, die evtl. auf das Sounddevice zugreifen könnten.

Besonders häufig sind an solchen Problemen Sounddämonen, wie ARTSD oder ESD Schuld.
Sollte so einer bei dir Laufen auf jeden Fall mal beenden!

In der Wine-Config lassen sich so einige Sachen konfigurieren, aber ob du das was falsch gemacht hast kann ich dir nicht sagen, meine Kristallkugel ist nämlich grad in Reparatur :ugly:
(zu deutsch: brauche dazu mehr Infos, sonst kann ich auch nur raten :D )

Wie Fatty schon gesagt hat...
Benutzt du Alsa oder OSS?
Hast du irgendwelche Soundserver laufen?
Poste mal deine wine Config.

Ich tippe darauf das in der wine-config noch oss eingetragen ist :) das solltest du auf
alsa ändern ; ) weil deine Distri wahrscheinlich wie viele andere nur noch alsa benutzt ^^

Genau, weil selbersuchen ja arbeit macht... :rolleyes:

Hast du nun nachgeschaut ob vielleicht ein Programm deine Soundkarte blockiert?

so, da haben wir einen oss treiber und einen arts treiber. wenn du KDE benutzt und artsd läuft kannst du wineoss.drv auskommentieren und winarts.drv aktivieren (das # ein kommentarzeichen ist weisst du?)

und benutzt beim nächsten mal bitte [code] tags, das macht die config schöner.

Danke ;) Ich musste vorhin StarCraft nochmal installieren, und wenn ich jetzt wine install.exe ausführe kommt diese Fehlermeldung:

wine: Unhandled exception, starting debugger...
fixme:xrender:X11DRV_XRender_Finalize Free cached glyphsets

^^das versteh ich gar nicht, weil ich vorhin das noch installieren konnte.

Also KDE benutze ich nicht. Ich hab hier im moment eine fluxbox am laufen

Versuchs mal mit der Autostart.exe, darüber hab ich zumindest immer die Installation aufgerufen.

BTW: was für eine Wine / WineX / Cedega Version verwendest du überhaupt?

StarCraft soll mit der Wine-Version vom Dezember 03 recht gut gelaufen sein...
