CoLinux und win 2000

Ich habe mir die "PC Praxis Linux" (Dez) gekauft und Susre 9.1 installiert. so weit so gut. Nun wollte ich auch das CoLinux installieren, dabei bleib ich immer bei einer Fehlermeldung hängen.

Connection timed out <2>
Error starting console <-2147078143>

Das passiert von der Heft-CD oder auch bei Installationsanweisungen von anderen Seiten aus dem Netz mit u. ohne Debian-Tool.

vielleicht kann mir als Neuling jemand einen Tipp (Link) geben bzw. erklären,was die Fehlermeldung besagt

Ein Tipp: in der aktuellen ct ist ein Bericht darüber, vielleicht hilft dir das.

Hallo! Ich hab das gleiche Problem. Die ct' hilft mir auch nicht weiter. Die setzten vorraus, dass es klappt. Das ist aber nicht der Fall. Bitte helft mir!

meine default.colinux.xml sieht so aus:

Ich bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung beim Einlesen der Datei default.colinux.xml:

Die Anweisung in "0x0040af85" verweist auf Speicher in "0x00000000". Der Vorgang "read" konnte nicht auf dem Speicher durchgeführt werden.

Was mache ich falsch?


PS:
Ich möchte abweichend von der ct' gentoo benutzen.

Eine Fehlerhilfe sehe ich da nicht. Vielleicht kann mir ja jemand einen Link bzw. einen detailierten Installationsablauf geben oder eine funktionierende

Hast Du den Artikel auch gelesen? Ich sehe da schon die Lösung für Dein Problem.
Denn wenn ich Deine Fehlermeldung so lese:

drängt sich der Verdacht auf, daß colinux bei Dir nicht als Dienst läuft. colinux-console-fltk.exe ist aber zwingend darauf angewiesen.
Also, erst lesen, dann schimpfen.

Ich hab den Artikel über coLinux in der c't gelesen und wollte das mal auf meinem windows pc ausprobieren aber ich bekomme die default.colinux.xml nicht zum laufen. Nach etwas gegoogle hab ich nun den Fehler gefunden. Es liegt daran das ich ein RAID system habe. Hier: http://www.colinux.org/wiki/index.php/CoLinuxNativeRAID hab ich erfahren, dass ich über diskpart informationen über mein RAID einholen könnte...Leider hab ich kein Plan was ich da bei diskpart in die console hacken muss, geschweige denn wie ich das dann in meine xml datei eintrage. Hoffe es weiss hier jmd Rat.
