wmv9, welche win32-codecs für mplayer?

Hallo,

welche win32-codecs brauch ich denn, um wmv9-videos zu schauen mit dem mplayer? Auf www.mplayerhq.hu finde ich keine wmv9-codecs. Ich extrahierte die win32 und windows-all codecs nach /usr/lib/win32 und kompillierte mplayer neu. Bei Abspielen dieser Datei (http://joschka.brokentrust.de/der%20grosse%20blaue%20baer%20kuechenzauber%201(ww w.geheim-gang.de)%20upped%20by%20!llmatic.avi) meint mplayer als Meldung:mplayer interrupted by signal 11 in module: key_events > OK
- mplayer crashed, blabla.Totem findet wenigstens noch raus, dass es sich anscheinend um ein wmv9-Video handelt (siehe Anhang).

Woher krieg ich die codecs für wmv9-files? Hab schon diverses abgesucht.

Hmm. Also bei mir läuft es sowohl mit Xine als auch mit MPlayer. Soweit ich mich erinnere kann / muss man den Win32 WMV9 Codec extra runter laden, der ist mein ich nicht im Paket dabei.

Der Codec ist dabei.
Das Problem ist warscheinlich prelink oder exec-shield.
Leider weiß ich nicht genau woran es genau lag,
weil ich beides deaktivierte wegen wine.

PRELINK_OPTS=-mR

to:

PRELINK_OPTS="-m --no-exec-shield"
3.# Then do this to disable exec-shield:

NOTE: Exec-shield lessens the risk of the dreaded "buffer overflow" that most viruses and attacks use to compromise your system. However, as long as you're up-to-date with your updates, you shouldn't be in any more danger after you disable exec-shield.

Schau mal nach ob du die Datei wmv9dmod.dll auf deinen PC hast ,falls ja ist
der Codec Installiert.

Probier mal deine Codecs in das "~/.mplayer/codecs" Verzeichniss zu kopieren.

$ DVDKeys gui.conf gui.pl registry
config font gui.history gui.url SkinDas Verzeichniss gibt es ja noch nicht und die anderen Codecs funktionieren ja auch.

Hallo,

ich hab mal eine Frage, nachdem ich jetz ne zeitlang windows gezwungener Maßen benutzen musste, kann ich wieder zum echten system zurückkehren. ich hab in der Zeit dann auch movies mit wmplayer 9 divX, Xvid, AC3 codecs und morgan stream switcher angesehn.

da ja immer mehr divX videos mit dem AC3 codec gerippt werden und oft englisch und deutsche audiospuren enthalten, wollte ich frage, ob der mplayer das auch kann, dass er zw. den spuren hin und her "switcht"? und, ob die codecs alle schon bei dem download von mplayer enthalten sind.

kann man, wenn das mit dem switchen geht, das auch ohne gui?

Naja die Quicktime unterstützung ist momentan auch ziemlich schlecht!

ich glaub es hat sich erübrigt, denn sowas wie den morgan stream switcher hab ich mit vlc...und da sin dann die codecs ja auch schon dabei...d.h. ich muss mich um nix mehr kümmern, und bis jetz konnte mich der vlc NUR überzeugen.
