MPlayer ist einer der beliebtesten Mediaplayer unter Linux. Er unterstützt zahlreiche Formate und kann mittels des mitgelieferten MEncoders auch selbst Daten kodieren. Zu Weihnachten ist jetzt eine heiß ersehnte neue Version mit einem Batzen neuer Features und zahlreichen Fixes herausgekommen.
Zu den wichtigsten Neuerungen gehören die Unterstützung vieler neuer Codecs und das Vorhandensein einer ausführlichen Dokumentation. ;)

Moin,

hab gerade auf der HP vom mplayer gesehen das ein neuer tar-ball zur Verfügung steht.
Wurde doch die html-Doku vergessen "beizupacken". :ugly:

Na ja kann immer mal passieren... ;)

Beim Code hat sich nix getan deshalb auch weiterhin die Bezeichnung "MPlayer 1.0pre6"
