währe dankbar für antworten bin linuxneuling! habe mandrake 10.0 drauf.

nachtrag....

mit ein wenig rumsuchen und lesen kam ich drauf xfree 86 und x11 nachzuinstallieren. das fehlen eines von beidem scheint also der grund zu sein. wenn ich die installation richtig verfolgt habe war es x11 das fehlte..
