wieso läuft apache2 prefork nicht?

mein problem ist wenn ich apache2 prefork installiere und dann es starten will kommt diese fehler meldung:

Starting httpd2 (prefork) (98) Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
unable to open logs
startproc: exit status of parent of /usr/sbin/httpd2-refork:1

Na, das sieht so aus, als sei der Socket schon belegt. Vielleicht läuft Dein httpd schon.

Prüfe mal, welcher Prozeß den Socket in Beschlag hat:
netstat -anp | grep ":80"
