FC 2 Soundkarte nicht gefunden

Hi,

Ich habe gerade Fedora 2 für meinen AMD64 installiert. Im grossen und ganzen auch ganz ok, bis auf die Tatsache, dass ich keinen Sound habe.

Ich habe ein MSI K8 Neo (http://www.msi-computer.de/produkte/main_idx_view.php?Prod_id=317) Mainboard mit Onboard Sound (Sound: Realtek ALC655 - 5.1 Sound)

Im INFOZENTRUM steht unter Sound folgendes:



Sound Driver:3.8.1a-980706 (ALSA c1.0.4rc2 emulation code)

Beim Login kommt die Meldung:



Sound server informational message

Error while initializing the sound driver

device /dev/dsp can't be opened (no such device)

The sound server will continue, using the null output device.


Wenn ich unter Systemeinstellungen das Programm "Ermittlung der Soundkarte" ausführe kommt nur die Meldung, dass keine gefunden wurden.

So, das ist der Stand der Dinge, bitte um Hilfe *lieb schaut
