Hallo zusammen,
ich möchte Samba nur ganz minimalistisch nutzen.
Alle Windows Rechner im Netzwerk sollen auf mehrere verschiedene Shares auf dem LINUX-Rechner ohne Kennung-Paßwort lesend und schreiben zugreifen können.
Habe anhand des im FAQ-Bereich vorhandenen HowTo die smb.conf angelegt. nmb und smb laufen.
Was komischerweise überhaupt keinen Erfolg hat, ist die Eingabe von
samba condrestart
samba status
Da bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:
bash: samba: command not found
Meine smb.conf:

Die Windows-PC (XP) zeigen im Netzwerk komischerweise einen Drucker mit dem Namen mp3 an.
