MPlayer, XINE, VLC installieren

MPlayer kann man net mehr herunterladen :(, da deren Homepage down ist :(
XINE funzt auch irgendwie net, hab kA (vllt. kurze Anleitung ? - Die Befehle kenne ich eigentlich wohl)
VLC, da muss man ja voll viele libs installen, viele hab ich auch, darunter dem ffmpeg, nun kommt, wenn ich den vlc compilen will immer nen fehler, der sagt, dass ein file vom ffmpeg fehlt :(

Könnt Ihr mir helfen ?
bin noch ein Linux Anfänger, würde mich von daher sehr freuen :D

Versuche es mal mit der aktuellen Version der xine lib 1 release candidate 5.

Ich find den VLC super!
Codecs musste ich keine nachinstallieren, da beim emergen schon alle automatisch mitgegangen sind.

Solltest du sowieso nicht vorhaben das vidix video out Plugin zu benutzen disable es doch einfach.
