Hi leute!

Wäre cool wenn jmd von euch mal meine wine config checken könnte,
irgendwie bricht die install vom IE6 immer ab, und ich brauch den um mir seiten anzugucken(ja, ich weiss das es w3c etc gibt).

AKtuell scheint das nicht gut zu klappen, ich habe das mit den letzten Versionen nicht mehr hinbekommen, aber auch kein Interesse mehr daran.

Schau mal ins WINE Howto im Howto Bereich, suche bei frankscorner bzw. Codeweavers AppDB. Wenn es mit den Einstellungen nicht geht, Pech gehabt.

Auf jeden Fall geht es sehr gut mit VMWARE/Win4Lin und einigermassen gut mit Crossover, aber das kostet halt.

Ich werde das mal im WINE Howto schreiben, dass es derzeit sehr schwierig ist. Ansonsten werden falsche Erwartungen geweckt.

Mit dem freien Qemu geht das auch ganz gut.
Im CVS gibt es jetzt auch Unterstützung für eine emulierte Cirrus-Logic
Grafik-Karte. Win98 klappt perfekt, Win2k mit kleinen Problemen bei der Installation.

Bis zum IE und Netzwerk bin ich noch nicht, aber den Rest kann ich bestätigen. Qemu scheint sehr performant zu sein. Die Einrichtung ist im Vergleich zu Bochs trivial, siehe Qemu Howto.
