mich hat gerade eine Mail von der ML erreicht, dass sylpheed 0.9.11 released wurde.
sylpheed ist ein guter MUA.

also so wie ich das der ML entnehmen konnte, ist gtk2 support net direkt vom sylpheed entwickler gemacht. es gibt aber ne ver sion basierend auf sylphee 0.9.8 oder so.....

I remember Hiro saying he'll start the gtk2 port only after the 1.0.0 release.

So, hab mir jetzt die CVS-Version gesaugt. Ich habe im Script autogen .sh noch den Prefix für die Installationslocation angepasst. Wenn ich das Script jetzt aufrufe passiert das:

*umkipp* Nun funktioniert es. Hatte heute mal ein wenig Zeit um ein wenig rumzuprobieren.
Das problem lag an falschen Versionen von automake und autoconf. Ich benutze jetzt die aktuellen Mandrake Versionen:
automake1.8-1.8.2-1mdk
autoconf2.5-2.59-3mdk
autoconf-2.13-19mdk
Ausserdem habe ich die autogen.sh noch angepasst:

k.A. ob sie an der CVS was geändert haben oder nicht. Der einzige Unterschied meinerseits war dass ich endlich automake-1.4 desinstalliert habe (vorher hatte ich 1.4 und 1.8 parallel drauf, weil kdevelop unbedingt die 1.4er benötigte - seit gestern ist die Abhängigkeit offenbar korrigiert)

Ja genau, die 1.4er Automake war bei mir auch wegen KDevelop drauf. Also kurzerhand beide Automakes und Kdevelop runter, allerneueste automake-Pakete gezogen und installiert... Dann gings :D
