Vmware Formatting Partition Problem

Hi,
Ich habe ein kleines Problem, wenn ich VMWARE installieren will, nahmlich wenn WinXP die Instal. beginnt meldet er: "Setup is formatting the partition" und es bleibt so bei 0%....
Hat mal jemand eine Losung?

Lasst die Helfenden nicht dumm sterben. Gebt euch alle doch mal bitte etwas mehr Mühe und schreibt mal auf, was ihr wie gemacht habt.

Ich habe keinen Bock, euch alles aus der Nase zu ziehen.

Also: ran an die Tasten und etwas mehr Mitteilungsfreude. Vor allem Angaben, was außer Einlegen der CD ihr schon selbst gemacht und wo nachgeschaut habt.

Ich habe das selbe Problem als jemand, der es schon beschrieben hat:

"I install the rpm and run vmware-config.pl. I start up VMware and put in the evaluation serial number. I begin create my virtual machine and boot from a Windows 2000 install cd-rom. I get to the blue screen where it says "Setup is formatting..." and gives a percentage. It never moves from 0%, although the hard drive is active. I have no idea what to do. I have searched this site and googled a bit and have found no solutions. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, I can not seem to find an uninstall process for the VMware rpm. I tried the -e switch with the package name and it doesnt seem to work.
