Problem mit Freetype / Fonrconfig

Hi,

ich habe winex aus cvs, sowie freetype und fontconfig kompiliert. Nun habe ich Battlefield 1942 mit dem Loki -Installer installiert und wenn ich es startenwill, kommt immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

Fontconfig error: Cannot load default config file
err:font:FTAlias_FindBestBuiltins Could not create alias for serif fonts
Unable to find a sufficient number of fonts available to FreeType.
FreeType will not be loaded as a result.
FreeType could not be loaded.
This is not necessarily a fatal error, however some
applications require FreeType to be installed and
may not function or display text correctly otherwise.

... Wie gesagt Freetype ist installiert (aktuellste Version). Kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen? - Ich habe Slackware 9.1

Hmm, ich hab bei mir FreeType einfach deaktiviert.
Wenn du ebenfalls drauf verzichten kannst, trag in deine config File in den Abschnitt Fonts folgendes ein:

[fonts]
;Read documentation/fonts before adding aliases
"FreeType" = "N"

bei mir gehts auch nicht, obwohl ich die nötigen packete drauf hab..

Also ich habe einfach Freetype deaktiwiert, wie es Giant Hogweed mir empfohlen hat und es geht jetzt ... danke!

vielleicht habt ihr die falsche freetype version...
