Wine und Lotus Notes R5

Hallo Leute,

ich hab da so ein ganz kleines Problem ;-).
Ich möchte nicht immer VMWare starten um meine Mails zu lesen. Also habe ich wine installiert und das Notes setup aufgerufen. Ist alles sauber durchgelaufen. Anschließend habe ich meine User.id, names.nsf, notes.ini und bookmark.nsf einfegügt. Unter Debian lief das bisher auch hervorragend, aber seit neuestem habe ich Gentoo auf meinem Rechner und er bringt mir noch das Startlogo von Lotus Notes und das wars.

Ich hoffe mir kann einer Helfen, ich weiß langsam nicht mehr wo ich noch suchen soll.

Bei mir lag es hin und wieder an der Wine Version, das Notes nicht lief.
Versuch doch dein installiertes Notes von Windows zu kopieren, oder probiers mit Notes 6.03 oder 6.5, geht vielleicht besser.
Evtl. musst Du beim Start von Notes auch den Pfad zur notes.ini mitgeben.
Unter Windows macht man das in den Eigenschaften der Verknüpfung "c:\programme\notes\nlnotes.exe =\pfad\notes.ini"

mit der Ini Datei das habe ich gerade ausprobiert das bringt mich keinen Schritt weiter.

Meine Wine Version: 20031118-r1

Hast Du noch eine Idee?

Sind die Einträge in der notes.ini richtig, Pfad zum data Verzeichnis usw.?
Oder eben Installation von Windows kopieren oder eine andere Wine und/oder Notes Version probieren.

Die Pfade in der Notes.ini sind richtig. Ich habe gerade mit dem parameter
--debugmsg +all aufgerufen und folgende Meldung dazwischen gesehen:

Failed to load module L"C:\\Windows\\System\\KERNEL32.DLL"


Jetzt habe ich mir mal aus dem Internet die Kernel32.dll für windows 98 heruntergeladen -> gleicher Fehler
anschließend habe ich die Kernel32.dll aus meiner Windows 2000 Sitzung genommen -> gleicher Fehler.

einige dieser einträge sind auch im standard debian package, damit war bei mir kein betrieb mit notes 5.x möglich. kaum waren diese entfernt konnt ich meine notes installation von windows übernehmen und seitdem problemlos verwenden. hat mittlerweile jemand notes6.x mit wine laufen?

Oder muß ich sämtliche Einträge zu Lotus Notes auskommentieren?

hat leider auch nichts gebracht. Er meckert nach wie vor die Kernel32.dll an.

Welche wine version habt Ihr denn im Einsatz, das es vielleicht an der Version liegt?

Meine Version ist die 20031118-r1.

Wie gesagt unter Debian überhaupt kein Problem. Aber jetzt mit Gentoo startet nur das Lotus Notes Startbild und das wars.

Ich habe auf Version 20031212 upgedatet und es funktioniert.
