LFS instalationsproblemchen

Ich versuche mir grade hier LFS zu installieren. Ich bin grade beim SchrittConstructing a temporary system - Installing Binutils-2.14 - Pass 2

ich wechsele da in das im Pass 1 erstellten binutils-build verzeichnis und ./configure läuft noch ohne Probleme durch aber bei make komt dann folgender fehler:
