Hi

Hat das Spiel schon jemand zum Laufen gebracht? Also ich habs probiert mit Winex3.2 unter Suse9.0. Die Installation hat problemlos funktioniert, ich komm auch ins Spiel rein, auch der Sound funzt. Nur wenn ich ein Tutorial oder eine Kampagne beginnen möchte, beendet sich das Spiel und kehrt zum Desktop zurück.
Hat da jemand eine Idee was da sein könnte?

Wie immer auch bei dir der Rat:

Starte das Spiel mal über die Konsole. Dann bekommst du nach dem du aus RT3 rausgefallen bist normalerweise ne Fehlermeldung. Vielleicht gibt die ja einen Hinweis darauf was schief läuft.

Danke erstmal für die schnelle Antwort, exe-Dateien muss ich sowieso immer über die Konsole starten.
Neues gibts aber an der Front: Tutorial funzt jetzt komischerweise, allerdings - wie soll ich das jetzt beschreiben - seh ich kaum was, da das Bild immer so komisch flackert. Weiß echt nicht wie ich das besser beschreiben kann, man sieht mal die ganz normale Landschaft, 1 sec später dann wieder komische Farben usw...
Bei der Kampagne hab ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Finde es schade, daß PopTop den neuen Railroad Tycoon III nicht portieren ließ :(

I wish I could tell you more about the future of RT3, but we unfortunately
aren't sure. As we are now part of Take 2, as out publisher Take 2 makes
all the decisions concerning what our products get released on. We
don't do any porting here, so obviously for them it would be a question of,
can we get more money on porting it to Linux then we pay someone to code?
My gut feeling says they don't have any plans for a Linux version, but they
might decide to port some kind of "Gold" or other special pack of RT3 at a
later time. If you really want to see a Linux port of the game, Take 2
would be the place you should write to. Of course, if you are in Europe
you might want to write to your local office, but here is the US site at
