WineX v3.2 RPM und SIS630 und Warcraft III + Frozen Throne - Brightness Problem:

I already tried to change the gamma in the Registry, it doesn't change anything.

The only thing I have is a nearly completely black screen, only the menu up-and-down of the screen is more or less seeable. The rest is I could say completely black, only if I select units and press alt to see their energy, this energy bar I see then.


Anybody knows a solution?

May be it helps to set the gamma value of your x-sever from
the console.Just open one and type: "xgamma gamma 1.5"

well,
i think that the problem probably is that it is a notebook monitor and there gamma doesn't even work in windows (only if I hang it on a VGA monitor, I may will try this and tell you then).
