vncserver problem

[Nightwolf]

also nachdem ich mich jetzt mittlerweile 2 tage mit diesem problem herumschlage und auch ausgiebige nutzung der suchfunktion keine ergebnisse brachte dachte ich mir ich meld mich endlich mal an ;)

habe auf meinem Debian Server vncserver installiert, er lässt sich auch problemlos starten
wenn ich mich vom client einloggen will bekomme ich nur den grauen hintergrund vom xserver ...

~/.vnc/xstartup habe ich angelegt:
