Proxy und Firebird

Hallo leute....

ich hab zwei Fragen:

1. Ist es möglich, Firebird klarzumachen, das 2 benutzer auf dem system sind?
Habe in Home 2 benutzerverzeichnisse und habe im moment firebird in Jedes verzeichnis entpackt, um verschiedene Lesezeichen zu nutzen. Geht das auch mit einer Installation?

2. Weche werte muss ich in den Proxy-Einstellungen anngeben, damit er mich über firebird mit dem I-Net verbindet?
habe versucht : 192.168.0.1:3128 --keine verbindung
127.0.0.1:3128 --keine Verbindung
oder ist Squid.conf falsch konfiguriert
(unter Proxy in YAST2 habe ich http://192.168.0.1:3128/ und ftp://192.168.0.1:3128/;
und Mailabruf über KMail funzt... also muss das ja richtig sein.)
Nur dem Browser kann ich s nicht begreiflich machen

zu 1)

Kopiere den Firebird Ordner nach /opt/MozillaFirebird-xxx (als root kopieren!) und erstelle die entsprechende Rechte (z.B. chmod o=rx *). Firebird in den entsprechenden Home Dirs automatisch die Konfigurationsdaten.

zu 2)

Da kann ich dir leider nicht helfen. Poste doch mal mehr Infos.

Ich bekomme beim Starten auch immer warnungen...
vor der Firewall-Konfiguration mit yast2 kamen keine warnungen:
