hallo leute ...
mir raucht die birne...
habe suse 8.1 prof. installiert .. samba läuft nmbd auch ..
user administrator mit dem gleichen passwort wie unter windows hab ich als user am 8.1er angelegt .. habe in der smb.conf die einträge fürs sharing eingetragen ..
aber der w2k rechner findet die netz res. /home/data nicht .. (.. [FileServer].. = smb.conf)
bzw. unter w2k "gesamtes netzwerk" sehe ich die "LinuxProf" (so heisst die neue 8.1er kiste nicht

unter meiner alten suse7.0 kiste hab ichs auch so mit [FREIGABENAMEN] also zb. [public] so wird auf der 7.0er die freigabe "public" gefunden und in der netzwerk umgebung auch richtig dargestellt ..
unter 8.1 gehts nicht ..
ich hoffe ihr habts da ne idee .. wahrscheinlich sitz ich schon zu lang vor der neuen version ;)
