Hi Leute

Hab ein kleines prob. Ich hab ein Toshiba Satalliet Pro 2100 und habe Mandrake 9.1 installiert. Mandrake 9.1 erkennt meine Soundkarte aber da ich ein anfänger bin weiss ich nicht mal welche Treiber installiert sind und wie er sie da benutzt.
Ich würde gern Quake3 da drauf zocken nur wenn ich das Spiel mit Sound starte friert der x-server mit dem Spiel ein. Ohne Sound läuft das Quake3. Es gibt ja sowas wie alsa nur wie installier ich das und sage es dem das er die Treiber benutzten soll und nicht die von Mandrake ???
Meine Soundkarte ist eine 82801 AC97.

Jo da steht was ich da für eine Soundkarte hab nur will ich die ja nicht wissen sondern wie ich die Treiber installier und sie auch nutze ;)

Läuft dein Arts wenn du Quake3 zockst ?

Installier patch. Ich weiss, der Thread ist schon älter... :)
