Hallo

ich habe mir eine gebrauchte NVIDIA QUADRO 4000 gekauft.
Vorher hatte ich eine GeForce 9600 GT
Hab jetzt auf eine Stärker Grafikkarte gesetzt weil wir viel Bildbearbeitung machen. Und die 10Bit pro Farbkanal ausprobiere wollen.

Wenn ich die Neue Grafikarte einbauen bekomme ich aber kein Bild angezeigt.
Nur ein schwarzer Bildschirm. Ich komme auch nicht in die Konsole mit STRG+ALT+F1
Das Bios sehe ich noch. Das Debian Menü wo man die Kernel auswähl sehe ich auch noch aber schon mit Grafikfehler.
Kann ich irgendwie test ob die Grafikkarte Kaput ist

Und den alten Nvidia Treiber hast du vorher deinstalliert, d.h. nouveau läuft jetzt?

Würde ich erst einmal umbenennen.

Dann würde aber nicht der Blob benutzt werden, zumindest nicht in einem Debian stable.
Ich würde zwar auch nicht /etc/X!!/xorg.conf benutzen, sondern einen Schipsel in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/.
Kann es sein, daß diese Grafikkarte einen zusätzlichen PCIE-Stromanschluß braucht, selbiger aber nicht angeschlossen ist?
Das Monitorkabel scheint laut Log auch einen weg zu haben, oder ist da ein Adapter im Spiel?

Das sieht nach altem NVIDIA Treiber aus.

xorg.conf ist ein gutes Stichwort. Evtl. sind da Optionen für die alte Karte drin?

Hab den Original Treiber von der NVIDIA Homepage installier.
Ohne xorg.conf will er den nv Treiber Laden.
immer noch die selben Problem hab KDM auf dem autostart(init.d) genommen das ich nach dem neustart zumindes noch in die Konsole komme.

Was heisst alter Treiber?
In Debian is 340.96 nunmal der "aktuellste" Treiber. Will man was neueres, wird man Backports bemühen müssen.
Allerdings supported auch 340.96 die Nvidia Quadro 4000.

Aber die Grafik-Glitches deuten entweder auf eine defekte Karte hin, oder dein Netzteil ist etwas schwach auf der Brust.

Habe ein 450Watt Netzteil.
Ich kaufe die Selbe karte jetzt nochmal und wenn die nächste das selbe Problem hat wird es das Netzteil sein.

450 W, vor allem wenn's ein billig-Teil ist, könnte durchaus zu knapp sein.

Jetzt warte ich erst bis die Nächste Karte eintrift. Bevor ich mir noch ein neues Netzteil zulege
