    Kein Internet trotz Netzwerkverbindung.

    Hallo Forumsgemeinde!

    Das hier ist mein erstes Posting und ich muss leider sofort mit einem Problem an euch herantreten das mich sehr entnervt.

    Ich habe als absoluter Linuxneuling vor kurzem OpenSuse 10.2 , parallel zu Windoof XP, installiert.

    Ist ein Super Programm, keine frage. Aber:

    Ich habe meine Netzwerkkarte eingerichtet und es wird mir auch eine Netzwerkverbindung angezeigt. Jedoch habe ich keinen Zugriff auf das Internet. Auch kann ich nicht auf den Router zugreifen, in dem ich die IP des Routers in die Adressleiste bei Mozilla eingebe (wie ich es halt von Windoof gewohnt bin ) . Und anders kann ich auch nicht auf den Router zugreifen.

    Mein Router ist ein Siemens Gigaset SE515 DSL .
    Als Benutzeroberfläche nutze ich KDE.
    Internetanbieter ist 1&1, aber das wird ja eh alles vom Router erledigt.
    Unter Windoof habe ich keinerlei Probleme Internetverbindung zu bekommen. Einfach Kabel rein und schon is die Verbindung da. So wie es sein sollte.

    Fehlermeldungen kommen keine. Also kann ich die euch leider nicht Posten. Es geht einfach nur nicht.
    Hoffe ich habe euch hier nun alle Informationen bereitgestellt die euch bei der Lösung meines kleinen Problemchens helfen könnten. Falls nicht, einfach sagen was noch fehlt.

    Hoffentlich kann mir noch geholfen werden, will bei Suse bleiben!

    poste doch vielleicht mal die Ausgabe von "ifconfig" (mit Rootrechten auf der Kommandozeile).

    Dann sagst du uns noch ob dein Netz mittels DHCP verwaltet wird.

    Kein Problem.

    Das Netzwerk wird wohl per DHCP Verwaltet. Also wenn das heisst das die IPs automatisch zugewiesen werden.

    Was der der ifconfig ausspuckt werde ich in 3 Minuten posten, muss nach Suse wechseln.

    PS:
    Ihr glaubt ja garnicht wie oft ich heute schon zwischen XP und Suse gewechselt habe

    Hm ja die zugewiesene IPv4-Adresse 169.254.31.16 ist eine aus dem APIPA (169.254.31.16) Adressraum. Das wird verwendet wenn das Netzinterface mit einem DHCP Client konfiguriert ist, aber kein DHCP Server erreicht wird (bzw dieser keine IP-Adresse zuweißt).

    Du könntest mal ifdown eth0 und dann wieder ifup eth0 machen und die Ausgabe hier posten. Wird zwar nicht viel helfen aber n Versuch isses Wert.

    Alternativ könntest du einfach die IP-Adresse, Subnetzmaske, Gateway, DNS-Server manuel einrichten. Die Daten kannst du dir ja aus dem Windows abschreiben wenn du dich damit nicht auskennst. (Start->Ausführen->cmd->ipconfig).

    Ich habe es mal manuell eingerichtet, aber gebracht hat es leider auch nichts.

    Was mir mal aufgefallen ist:

    Hört sich jetzt ein wenig komisch an , ist aber so.

    Anfangs habe ich ja ein bisschen Internet.
    Dh. während der Knetwork Manager lädt (dieses komische Zanhrad in der Taskleiste dreht) lädt Firefox die Dynamischen Lesezeichen , also diese "Latest Headlines". Da stehen dann die aktuellsten Meldungen. Auf Internetseiten kann ich aber in der Zeit auch nicht zugreifen, da steht dann wie immer das der Server nicht gefunden wurde.

    Sehr seltsam alles.

    Werde ich machen, geht nur momentan nicht da ich nicht an meinem Rechner bin.
    Meint ihr denn da kann man noch per sé was machen oder wird da nur eine neuinstallation von Suse helfen? Geht das auch so simpel das man einfach Suse einfach nochmal drüberbügeln kann und die Partitionsaufteilung erhalten bleibt.
    Ich brauch ja mein Windoof um BF2 spielen zu können.

    Hehe, ja das ist wohl wahr. Deswegen hätte ich ja Windows schon direkt ganz runtergeschmissen, wenn da nicht wäre das ich es für BF2 und, momentan, für das Internet brauche.

    Aber ist ja schonmal gut das ich nette Leute gefunden habe die mir helfen können!

    Werde hier gegen 14 Uhr ein Update posten wie es mit meinen Systemeinstellungen aussieht.
