    Angry interner USB CARD READER

    mein alter cardreader hat den Geist aufgegeben, mit dem neuen (Sitecom MD 012) habe ich folgendes Problem: (arbeite mit Suse 10.0)
    ich besitze 2 SD-Karten a 512MB. Habe Gerät eingebaut, erste Karte eingelegt, und oh wunder, neues Konquerofenster öffnet sich mit: /media/usbdisk/dcim und Karte läst sich wunderbar lesen / Daten kopieren. Vom Erfolg beflügelt, 1. Karte entnommen, 2. eingelegt, -nichts passiert! noch nichteinmal die Leselampe des Geräts leuchtet auf. Also Karte wieder raus, neuer Versuch, wieder nichts, dritter Versuch, Karte wird gelesen, Ordnerstruktur angezeigt, aber schon beim Anzeigen des zweiten oder dritten Vorschaubildes bricht der Lesevorgang unwiederruflich ab. Nach Neustart gleich die 2. Karte eingelegt, Karte wird zwar gleich erkannt, aber schon beim Anzeigen der Vorschaubilder bricht der Lesevorgang wieder ab.
    Wenn ich auf Speichermedien gehe wird die Karte als sdd1 erkannt und mit dem Symbol für SD-Karten angezeigt. gehe ich auf sicher entfernen, kann ich ohne den Rechner neu zu starten keine Karte mehr einlesen, noch nicht einmal die Lampe vom Lesegerät blinkt.
    Bin ziemlicher Laie, würde mich sehr über eine Detalierte Hilfe freuen!

    Ist die karte mit einem nicht unterstuetzten Dateisystem formatiert? Funktioniert die Karte in anderen Systemen? Weil fuer mich sieht das einfach so aus, als faende er kein Dateisystem... Oder kein funktionierendes.

    PS: Das naechste mal bitte nur das wichtigste pasten!

    Habe Karte in der Kamera formatiert, genau wie eine andere auch, die funktioniert. Unter XP wird die Karte erkannt!

    habe das Problem unter Suse 10.2 immer noch, und langsam nervt es!
    ich vermute, das irgendwo die erste Karte irgendwie eingetragen ist und deshalb die zweite blokiert wird. Kann das sein?
    Habe dazu auch schon ewig gegoogelt und folgenden Hinweis gefunden:

    Das automatische Einbinden von Medien kann per autofs oder udev geschehen.

    Wenn man bei einem Multi-Speicherkartenleser und Verwendung von udev das Problem hat, daß auf die Speicherkarten nur zugegriffen werden kann, wenn diese beim Booten des Rechners oder Anschließen des Kartenleser in dem entsprechenden Slot eingesteckt waren und ansonsten eine Fehlermeldung kommt, die besagt, daß /dev/sd?x kein gültiges blockorientiertes Gerät sei liegt dieses daran, daß udev für jeden Slot des Kartenlesers standardmäßig nur das jeweilige Device /dev/sd? anlegt, wenn es kein eingestecktes Medium mit Partitionstablle findet. Um dieses zu umgehen und für alle möglichen Partitionen die jeweiligen Blockdevices gleich anzulegen fügt man folgende Zeile zu den auszuführenden Regeln (bei Debian z.B. in /etc/udev/udev.rules) für udev hinzu:

    #create all blockdevices for external card reader

    BUS=="usb", KERNEL=="sd?", NAME{all_partitions}="%k"

    Komme damit aber auch noch nicht so richtig weiter, bräuchte eine genauere Hilfe, wo ich was ändern muß!
