ich würde gerne mein windows xp welches auf einer fat32 partition liegt mit rsync sichern, fürs erste soll es nur ein komplettes backup werden.
also knoppix 3.2 gebootet, windows gemountet:
/dev/hda1 on /mnt/hda1 type vfat (rw,iocharset=utf8,umask=000)
windows verschoben und mit rsync ein backup von c: angelegt:
mkdir /mnt/hda1/neue\ installation
cd /mnt/hda1
mv * neue\ installation
cd neue\ installation
#rsync verweigerte die tab completion bei der pfadangabe:neue installation. deshalb das cd neue\ installation.
rsync -rvt * /mnt/hda1/
soweit so gut, nun noch kurz das gewissen mit md5sum beruhigen:
backup:
cd /mnt/hda1/neue\ installation/windows/
find | xargs md5sum > ../tmp/md5sums_verz1
arbeitswindows:
cd /mnt/hda1/windows
find | xargs md5sum > ../tmp/md5sums_verz2
cd /tmp
diff -U 0 md5sums_verz1 md5sums_verz2 | grep -v ^@
aber was ist das, die find ausgaben sind unterschiedlich sortiert...warum?
