MTU und Nameserver entsprechen den Einstellungen meines Hauptrechners, worauf alles problemlos funktioniert.
Das Hauptaugenmerk wollte ich zunächst auch nicht in erster Linie auf die Performance legen, sondern darauf, dass nicht nur ein paar Minuten pro Tag funktioniert.

Default steht bei jedem Neustart wieder auf eth1, dies war vor der Konfiguration des WLANs die andere LAN Karte. Wie man sehen ist dies nun nicht mehr so.

route add default gw 192.168.1.254
habe ich das manuell geändert, woraufhin es dann so "funktioniert" wie beschrieben. Ohne geht es garnicht.
