KISDN für normale user?

Hallo an alle!
Ich weiß, dass ich mit kcmkisdn accounts für normale user anlegen können sollte.
Aber beim Versuch, als solcher normaler user kisdn zu starten, heißt es, ich könne /etc/ppp/pap-secrets nicht öffnen.
Und wenn ich als root der Datei für diesen User alle Rechte gebe, sind sie beim nächsten mal wieder weg!

oder es heißt, ich sollte /home/user/.kde/share/config/kisdnrc
nur schreiben, aber nicht lesen können - kann ich auch ändern so oft ich will ;-((
