beim starten von kisdn und der versuch mich einzuwählen bekomme ich ständig diese ausgabe in /var/log/messages
und somit keine verbindung ins netz...

also einwählen kann ich mich, nur wenn ich versuch über netscape ne seite zu erreichen geschieht garnichts, weder fehlermeldung noch sonst irgendetwas und das selbe ist mit

sieht das bei mir ähnlich aus. Weißt Du, wo das her kommt? Hört sich nicht gut an.

Um ein DNS-Problem auszuschließen, probier' erst mal ein ping an die IP-Adresse eines Servers beim Provider, zunächst die Gegenstelle, in diesem Fall also 62.96.3.149. Funktioniert das?

Als nächstes ein Ping an die IP-Adresse des DNS beim Provider.

Danach ein Ping an einen externen Rechner, auch hier nicht den Namen sondern die IP-Nummer verwenden.

Wenn diese Versuche nichts fruchten, solltest Du Dir das Routing (default route muß auf dein ISDN-Device zeigen) mal genauer ansehen.

Wenn die Pings auf die IP-Adressen funktionieren, nicht aber auf die Rechnernamen, liegt ein DNS-Problem vor. Meist ist dann der DNS-Server des Providers nicht korrekt eingetragen. Kontrollier' die Datei /etc/resolv.conf.

Sorry, alles ein wenig vage, hab' meinen Linuxrechner nicht zu Hand. Aber vielleicht hilft es Dir schonmal in die richtige Richtung...
