Suche modul Source pdc202xx.c

ich suche die Modul Source pdc202xx.c für den Promise Ultra100 Controller. Ich finde zwar tausende von HOWTOS wie ich das ding kompilier und einbinde .. aber kein download..
Ich foffe auf schnelle Antworten da es schon etwas dringend ist :)

ist in den aktuellen kernel sources für 2.4.18 enthalten.
richtig entpackt ist es unter
/usr/src/linux/drivers/ide/pdc202xx.c
zu finden.
